Project Description
Alpine Demolition was tasked the demolition of the former Lory Apartments located on the Colorado State University campus in Fort Collins. The building, which was home to about 100 students, will be replaced by one that can accommodate more than 600 students. Alpine Demolition is expected to reach a recycling rate of over 80% on this project and is recycling all possible aspects of this project from the wood, concrete, steel, and brick.
