Project Description:
Alpine Demolition was hired for the demolition of the JC Penney’s store located in the Foothills Mall in Fort Collins, Colorado. The mall is still currently operational and Alpine Demolition was tasked to do the structural demolition of the JC Penneys while maintaining operations for the other stores located in the mall. Alpine Demolition faced several challenges with this project, including weather, and Holiday Shoppers. We were able to maintain our schedule, budget and perfect safety record.
