About Alpine Demolition.

LIST OF PROJECTS COMPLETED

So just what can customers expect from us?

First, we listen. If we have decided to handle your specific situation, we collect information pertaining to the site and surrounding area. In many instances, peoples' lives and businesses are affected by our demolition and/or environmental management. Due to this fact, project details are important but we question further into the emotion and history behind the project. Knowledge and understanding of all background situations will aid us in the reduction and prevention of unnecessary disruption. This will also insure an increase in the progress of the project.

Second, we pre-plan. Prior to the commencement of any operation, our team responsible for the project is assembled. Planning is of the utmost importance. All information that has been collected is researched further, details are discussed, and plans outlined leaving no stone unturned. This tends to eliminate any risk of a "what if?" scenario occurring. We make certain that our approach to resolving your situation has been thoroughly planned out and our customer is kept fully informed on the progress of the project.

Third, SAFETY IS NEVER COMPROMISED. An umbrella to every project is safety. We leave nothing to chance in this area. A double check is conducted of all equipment, personnel, materials, and the project site. All codes, specifications, and regulations must be met to ensure the safety and integrity of the project and people directly and indirectly involved.

Fourth, we begin. Once the job begins, it is not put aside until it is FULLY completed. At this point, our focus is to efficiently deliver a site prepared for immediate construction. All time schedules are met and many projects are completed ahead of schedule.

Fifth, we follow-up. When the project has been physically completed, we begin our follow-up: We question: are there any concerns or additional questions the customer may have? Were all requirements and parameters met? Have we completed and submitted all necessary documents and paperwork in a timely manner? How were the performances of the personnel involved? What equipment requires replacement, repair, or upgrading? What have we learned from this project in order to apply this knowledge on future projects? As a result of our high standards that fully meet our customers' expectations, they become our primary source of references.
